Register with your company email address and start using GroundLogs.

Your company does not need to set up an account to use GroundLogs. When you register with your company e-mail address, your company will be registered in our system and you can then add other users in your company without any delay.

You can trial our software by using our Basic software, which is Free. If you would like to trial our Pro software, please contact us.

There are no license, support, maintenance, or upgrade fees associated with GroundLogs. Please see Software pricing to learn more about our fees.

Digital data files are provided when you use GroundLogs Pro software or log drafting services (Excel file with GroundLogs template logs, .gpj file with gINT® template log, and .dat file with LogPlot® template logs). Digital data files are not included when you use GroundLogs Basic software, but can be purchased for an additional $10/log. If you are a gINT® or LogPlot® user and require additional files with your logs, please let us know.

It takes this long because after you are done entering your data, we manually download your data and transfer it to gINT® or LogPlot® to complete drafting of the log. You may receive your logs quicker than 3 or 7 days depending on drafting workload.

The data is stored on Digital Ocean servers in the United States (New York).

Yes. You own the data that you enter into GroundLogs online software. If you would like to have that data removed from the system after you complete your logs, please let us know. Otherwise, we will store your data so that you can reference it for future use on future drilling events at the site.

When you use GroundLogs Pro software or log drafting services on a pay-by-the-log basis, the Project Manager for the site is invoiced after you have finalized the logs. The current payment options for pay-by-the-log services are: 1) Wire Transfer, and 2) PayPal, 3) Credit Card (via PayPal for non-PayPal users). We currently do not accept checks. Monthly (one year unlimited use per person) services and pre-paid log blocks are invoiced in full at the start of the activation period.
