This User Agreement describes the terms on which you may access and use the Services. Until you agree to accept this User Agreement, you will not be permitted to use or access the Services.

We reserve the right to modify this User Agreement at any time, and without prior notice, by posting amended Terms of Service on the Website. This User Agreement will be housed on the Website and visitors to the Website and Users will be informed of any amendments to the User Agreement (Terms of Service) by the following means: 1) notice on the Website, 2) on accessing the Website’s login screen, or 3) email sent to the User. Upon approval of your registration by GroundLogs, or registration of you by a Related Person, you will be emailed login instructions with a password. You must treat such information as confidential and not disclose it to any third party.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GroundLogs password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account with or without your knowledge.
